新建燃煤电厂粉煤灰钢板仓BOT模式研究

摘要 电力行业作为基础工业,为国民经济的快速发展创造了条件,但同时又是排放大量污染物的产业。一方面,燃煤电厂粉煤灰的及时清运是保证机组长周期安全稳定运行的必要条件;另一方面,随着我国火电行业全面进入绿色发电的新形势,粉煤灰处置所面临的环保压力越来越大,尤其新建燃煤电厂需要提前对粉煤灰的存储及利用方式进行合理规划。本文将以河北中东部地区某新建燃煤电厂为例,主要研究以粉煤灰钢板仓BOT模式解决粉煤灰淡季储存问题。 as a basic industry,the electric power industry has created conditions for the rapid development of the national economy,but at the same time it is also a large pollutant emission industry.On the one hand,the timely clearing of coal ash in coal-fired power plants is a necessary condition for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the long cycle of the machine.On the other hand,with the new situation of green power generation in China’s thermal power industry,the environmental pressure of the fly ash disposal is becoming more and more serious,especially the new coal fired coal fired power plant needs to store the coal ash in advance.And use the way to make reasonable planning.Taking a new coal-fired power plant in the eastern part of Hebei as an example,this paper mainly studies the BOT storage mode of fly ash silo to solve the problem of storage of fly ash in low season.
