低压电气设备产生热故障的原因及其对策探讨

Discussion on the Cause of Thermal Failure in Low Voltage Electrical Equipment and Its Countermeasures

电气设备的正常运转可以满足我们的电力需要,但是在其工作过程中,经常发生热故障,损坏设备,影响电力生产。文章主要研究了电气设备发生热故障的原因和应对故障的办法。首先,指出了设备发热的原理和原因,然后,从选用合适材料、加强设备养护、选用专业维修人员以及加强监督等方面提出了应对热故障的解决办法。

The normal operation of electrical equipment can meet our power needs,but in its working process,thermal failures often occur,which damage equipment and affect power production.This paper mainly studies the causes of the thermal failure of the electrical equipment and the ways to deal with the failure.First of all,this paper points out the principle and reason of equipment fever,and then puts forward some solutions to deal with the thermal failure from the aspects of selecting suitable materials,strengthening equipment maintenance,selecting professional maintenance personnel and strengthening supervision.
