摘要
风电场一般都地处偏远且较为分散,多数风电场的运营管理模式还是单个风电场各自管控且处于流程化、共享化、协调化程度较低的状态,而智能化是集成了信息、数据挖掘、人工智能等多种技术的综合应用。在现有的风电场运营管理模式中引入智能化设备技术,构建基于远程管控平台的风电场智能化模式,可以实现对各风场运行、检修、安全、设备、物资、经营、党建等多方面进行统筹安排,实现风电场在规划、预测、判断、决策等多个环节的流程化和自动化管理。文章分析了目前风电场运营管理模式的特点,提出了以移动和信息互联网建设为基础,以大数据、云计算、人工智能技术为手段,基于远程集中管控平台实现风电场安全、运行、设备、检修、经营、物资、党建等多方面的智能化管理,形成以“自分析、自诊断、自管理、自趋优、自恢复、自学习、自提升”为特征,有机结合技术、流程、人员等多个要素信息的风电场智能化模式。
Wind farms are generally located in remote and more dispersed,most of the wind farm operation management mode and control each single wind farm and in the process,sharing,low level of state coordination,and intelligence is the comprehensive application of information integration,data mining,artificial intelligence and other technology.The introduction of intelligent equipment technology in the existing wind farm operation and management mode,the construction of wind farm model of intelligent remote control based on the platform,it can realize the overall arrangement of the wind field operation,maintenance,safety,equipment,materials,management,construction and other aspects of the wind farm,in the planning,forecast and judgment decision making,and other aspects of the technological process and automation management.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the current mode of management and operation of wind farms,put forward to the mobile and Internet information construction based on big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence technology,remote centralized control platform for wind farm safety,operation,equipment,maintenance,intelligent management,building materials,camp etc.based on the formation of the“self analysis,self diagnosis,self management,self optimization,self recovery,self-learning and self promotion”as the characteristic,the wind farm model of intelligent combination of technology,processes,personnel and other elements of information.
