文章以发电企业生产经营模式作为主要研究课题,首先分析了发电企业生产经营模式存在的问题,而后基于此提出了发电企业生产经营模式优化策略,以期为发电企业长远稳定发展起到一定的促进作用。

In this paper,power generation enterprise production management mode as the main research topic,firstly analyzes the existing power generation enterprise production and management mode,and based on this proposed strategy production management mode optimization of electric power enterprises,in order to a certain role in promoting the long-term stable development of power generation enterprises.
