Research on Information Operation and Maintenance System of Electric Power Enterprises

近年,为适应技术的不断发展和企业内部管理需要,电力企业已经建成一体化企业级信息系统,信息系统的大规模建设对电力企业信息化运维工作提出了新要求。文章结合电力企业信息化运维模式和技术支撑现状,基于业界通用的ITIL服务管理理念,从信息化运维的资源域、管理域和服务域研究构建电力企业信息化运维体系,从而为电力企业提供信息化运维解决方案,提升企业生产效率和管理水平。

In recent years,in order to adapt to the continuous development of technology and the needs of internal management,electric power enterprises have built an integrated enterprise level information system.The large-scale construction of information system has put forward new requirements for information operation and maintenance of electric power enterprises.In combination with the present situation of information operation and maintenance and technical support of electric power enterprises,industry standard IIIL service management based on the concept of construction of electric power enterprise information operation system from the research domain,the operation and maintenance of information technology resources management domain and service domain,so as to provide solutions for the electric power enterprise information operation and maintenance,improve production efficiency and management level of enterprises.
