摘要
文章对局放紫外监测技术进行了调研,针对封闭式容器内部局放紫外监测,需要安装观察窗的特点,提出了一种适用于GIS设备母线筒安装观察窗的解决方案,给出了2种具体的观察窗设计结果。用Ansys软件对2种结果进行了应力分析、优化,并针对最优结构进行了水压工装设计,完成了相关水压试验,试验结果表明,文中的窗口结构设计合理、可靠,满足使用要求。
This paper investigates the technology of partial discharge UV monitoring.In view of the characteristics of the observation window installed in the closed container and the necessity of installing the observation window,a solution for installation of the observation window in the bus barrels of GIS equipment is proposed.Two specific observation window design results.Ansys software was used to analyze and optimize the stress of the two kinds of results,and the hydroforming design for the optimum structure was completed.The relevant hydrostatic test was completed.The test results show that the window structure in this paper is reasonable and reliable,and meets the requirements.
