燃煤电厂加装湿式电除尘器设计分析

摘要 某电厂对机组进行烟尘达标排放治理,根据除尘系统试验结果和燃煤灰分特性,采用湿式电除尘器方案可保证烟囱入口排放浓度≤20mg/m3。同时对原电除尘器进行电源改造,并可控制汞等重金属污染物排放,同期提高设计标准,避免环保标准提高而引起的二次改造风险。 A power plant controls smoke emission and discharge of units. According to the test results of dust removal system and the characteristics of coal ash, the wet electrostatic precipitator scheme can ensure that the discharge concentration of chimney inlet ≤ 20 mg/m3. At the same time the original electrostatic precipitator for power transformation, and can control mercury and other heavy metal pollutant emissions. Over the same period to improve design standards, to avoid environmental protection standards caused by the second transformation risk.
