孟加拉50MW重油电站柴油机高温水出口温度过高问题的分析与处理

摘要 针对孟加拉50MW重油电站发电机组试验过程中高温水出口温度过高的问题,通过分析高温水,低温水,外循环水带走的热量,检查冷却水系统管路和冷却器,找出了问题出现的原因,最终通过添加化学药品和安装软化水处理系统的试验过程,解决了该问题。 Aiming at the high temperature water test generator 50 MW power plant in Bangladesh heavy oil outlet temperature is too high, through the analysis of high temperature water, cold water, circulating water away from the heat, check the cooling water system piping and cooler, find out the reasons of the problems, finally by adding chemicals and installation process softening test system for water treatment to solve the problem.
