摘要
本文给出一种提高恒流源精度的方法。通过详细分析电路中每一个参数的影响,从理论上对精度进行了计算。最后通过适当的模型,运用PSPICE得到仿真验证。本文的分析方法和措施,对于其它需要更高精度恒流源的系统也有一定的借鉴意义。
in this paper, a method to improve the precision of constant current source is given. Through the detailed analysis of the influence of each parameter in the circuit, the accuracy is calculated theoretically. Finally, through the appropriate model, the application of PSPICE to get the simulation. Through the analysis method and measure of this paper, it also has some reference significance for other systems which need more high precision constant current source.
