摘要 当前的配电网很多存在着线路长、分支多,覆盖面积广,故障多发等问题。一旦发生故障,容易引发变电站越级跳闸,造成全线停电,查找故障时需要全线巡查,巡线工作量大,查找时间长,造成停电时间长、停电范围广,供电可靠性降低。针对这一系列问题,提出对现有的普通断路器进行智能化升级,在原有的断路器基础上,加装取电单元、测量单元以及控制单元,并进行一体化设计,研发出新型的10kV配电网一体化故障隔离装置。同时搭配TAS配网运行监控系统,和主站软件配合实现配网线路的在线监控功能,能在线监测配网线路的运行情况,并在线路发生故障时准确定位故障区段并隔离故障,减少越级跳闸的发生,大大降低了大面积停电的发生几率。具有一体化设计、体积小、功耗低、可靠性高、安装便捷和运维简单等优点。 Many problems exist in the current distribution network, such as long lines, many branches, wide coverage and frequent faults. At the same time with the TAS distribution network operation monitoring system, and the main station software with online monitoring network distribution lines to achieve online monitoring of distribution network operation, and failure of the line accurately locate the fault section and isolate the fault, reduce the leapfrog Tripping occurred, greatly reducing the probability of a large blackout.
