超低排放改造后风煤自动控制优化

摘要 随着全社会对环保重要性认识的逐步提高,燃煤电厂锅炉污染物排放的限值也在同步收紧。2012年1月1日,火电厂大气污染物排放标准(GB13223-2011)正式实施,引发继锅炉脱硫改造后新一轮环保改造—脱硝改造。2014年9月12日,国家发改委、环保部及国家能源局再次联合印发文,要求燃煤发电机组大气污染物排放浓度基本达到燃气轮机组排放限值,再次掀起锅炉烟气超低排放改造的序幕。到2017年末,东部地区各大发电集团大型燃煤机组基本完成超低排放改造。 With the gradual increase of the recognition of the importance of environmental protection in the whole society, the limit of pollutant emission of boiler in coal-fired power plants is also tightening simultaneously. January 1,2012, thermal power plant emission standards for air pollutants (GB 13223-2011) was officially implemented, after the boiler desulfurization led to a new round of environmental protection transformation-denitration transformation. On September 12,2014, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the National Energy Administration once again jointly issued a document requiring that the emission concentration of air pollutants from coal-fired generating units should basically reach the emission limits of gas turbines and once again set off the transformation of ultra-low emission of boiler flue gas. By the end of 2017, the major coal-fired generating units of major power generation groups in the eastern region will basically complete the transformation of ultra-low emissions.
