水口门座式起重机的变频调速改造

摘要 水口门座式起重机是一个重要的大型机械设备,原调速方式为转子串电阻调速,经多年运行逐渐出现调速困难、精度下降现象,为优化其调速控制方式,将其改造为由西门子变频器控制调速系统。本文根据水口门机日常操作的需求,利用变频技术、可编程控制器(PLC)技术和触摸屏控制技术,对改造变频设备进行选型设计,提出改造方案。 Port Portal Crane is an important large-scale machinery and equipment, the original control mode for rotor series resistance speed phenomenon, after many years of operation, gradually appear difficult to control, decrease in accuracy, to optimize the speed control mode, the transformation from SIEMENS inverter control speed regulating system. According to the needs of daily operation of water gate machine, the frequency conversion technology, programmable logic controller (PLC) technology and touchscreen control technology are used to design and reform the frequency conversion equipment, and the transformation plan is put forward.
