在科学技术日新月异的今天,多媒体视频课件、3D动画软件、网络互动式教学等现代化的教学手段也逐步进入供电企业职工培训中。虽然许多单位都意识到开展职工业务素质培训的重要性,但是能够切实的根据企业现状和目标制订出合适的职工培训规划,再一步步地予以落实的却不多。有的企业花费了较多的时间与精力,不断开展各类职工业务素质培训,但却未能取得良好的效果,培训质量一般,事倍而功半。

Although a lot of units are aware of the importance of training workers’ professional quality, it is not enough for them to make appropriate training plan according to the current situation and goals of enterprises. Some enterprises spend a lot of time and energy on developing various kinds of staff’s professional quality training, but they fail to achieve good results. The quality of training is generally twice as high as half done.
