实施跨区跨省电力交易机制是我国能源战略的重要措施,跨区跨省交易能够推动各地区的共同发展,充分发挥各地区资源禀赋,消纳可再生能源。目前,跨区跨省电力交易机制以国家指令性计划、地方政府间框架协议为主,市场化电力交易机制正在逐步建立。研究现阶段实施跨区跨省电力交易的不足,提出进一步完善相关交易规则,有利于充分发挥各地区资源优势,在更大的范围内实现资源优化配置。文章主要阐述完善跨区跨省电力交易机制的有关建议。

The implementation of trans-provincial electricity trading mechanism is an important measure for China’s energy strategy. Trans-provincial and trans-provincial transactions can promote the common development of all regions and give full play to resource endowments in various regions to absorb renewable energy sources. At present, the inter-provincial and inter-provincial electricity trading mechanism is dominated by state mandatory plans and local government inter-governmental framework agreements, and a market-based electricity trading mechanism is being gradually established. Research on the current implementation of transprovincial power trans-provincial deficiencies, proposed to further improve the relevant trading rules will help give full play to the advantages of resources in various regions, to achieve greater scope of optimal allocation of resources. This article mainly elaborates the suggestion of perfecting the trans-provincial electricity trading mechanism.
