摘要
为充分发挥现有机械化施工装备性能,进一步提高机械化施工工效,本文分析了典型杆塔结构参数与汽车式起重机起吊性能的契合程度,提出了杆塔结构-装备一体化设计优化原则。基于此原则,优化调整了杆塔结构分段高度和吊重,设计了杆塔构件开断后的连接节点型式,比较了优化前后杆塔结构参数和装备起吊能力的匹配程度。最后,基于优化后的杆塔结构参数,量化了新杆塔结构机械化施工的效率和效益,分析比较了一体化设计前后机械化施工关键指标,结果表明:一体化设计后,杆塔结构更加有利于施工装备性能发挥,最大程度上减少了起吊安装作业次数和高空螺栓紧固工作量,工效显著提升,大幅降低了高空作业风险,安全质量效益显著。
in order to give full play to the performance of existing mechanized construction equipment and further improve the efficiency of mechanized construction, this paper analyzes the coincidence degree between the structural parameters of typical tower and the lifting performance of truck crane, and puts forward the optimization principle of integrated design of tower structure and equipment. Based on this principle, the optimal adjustment of the tower structure of sublevel height and crane, connection type design of tower component disconnection, compares the matching degree before and after optimization of tower structure parameters and equipment lifting capacity. Finally, the tower structure parameter optimization based on the quantification of the efficiency and effectiveness of the new tower structure of mechanical construction, analysis and comparison of the integration design before and after the mechanical construction of the key indicators, the results show that the integrated design of tower structure, more conducive to the construction of equipment performance, reduce the operation times and high lifting installation bolt the fastening workload, greatly reduces the work efficiency significantly improved, high-altitude operation risk, safety and quality benefits.
