摘要
在突发事件、应急救援、部队训练、环境监测、户外活动等野外作业中,随着各种便携设备,大量推广应用,不同设备对使用条件和环境需求各不相同,一些便携设备需要随车安装使用,另一些便携设备需要下车背负独立使用,还有一些便携设备需要在作业中联合使用等等,而这类设备在野外作业区的能源供给主要依靠不同种类、型号的充电电池作保障。因此,便携设备野外作业的持续工作能力很大程度上取决于充电电池的容量和数量,这就对供电电池的充放电效率、维护要求、自身性能检测能力等提出了更高的要求。本技术就是为满足野外作业中便携式设备供电系统而提出一种新的技术解决方案。

This technology is a new technical solution to meet the power supply system of portable equipment in field operation.
