电网安全稳定控制策略技术现状研究

摘要 随着特高压电网建设提速,电网跨区域供电能力不断提高,与此同时,电网结构日趋复杂,电网安全稳定控制难度加大。为此,文章在深入研究特高压大电网特性的基础上,分析了电网失去稳定运行的原因和危害,总结归纳了国内技术现状与不足,提出了负荷控制是保证电网安全稳定的重要一环。结合智能电网调控技术支持系统的技术特点,提出研究负荷智能批量控制策略,旨在有效保障电网安全稳定运行。 With the acceleration of the construction of ultra-high voltage power grid, the power supply capacity of the power grid has been continuously improved. Meanwhile, the power grid structure has become increasingly complex, and the security and stability control of the power grid has become more difficult. Therefore, based on the in-depth research of characteristics of uhv power grid, analyzes the reason and harm of losing stability of power grid, summarized the present situation of domestic technology and shortage, put forward the load control of power grid security is important one annulus. Combining with the technical features of the intelligent power grid control technology support system, this paper puts forward the research load intelligent batch control strategy, which aims at effectively guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
