摘要
随着我国电网的发展,我国电力系统的动态特征也越来越复杂,加强对电力系统的动态仿真是保证我国电力安全稳定运行的重要前提之一。所以本文就首先介绍了语音识别技术的原理和开发平台,及机器人系统的运动控制过程;接着介绍了微软公司的SpeechSDK语音技术;最后设计语音交互流程开发出电力系统中具体运用机器人的语音系统。实验结果表明,此种方法易于开发也很有效,同时适合其他的智能语音系统的开发研究。
with the development of China’s power grid, the dynamic characteristics of the power system in our country is more and more complicated, strengthen the dynamic simulation of power system in China is an important prerequisite to ensure the safe and stable operation of electric power in our country, so this paper first explains the principle and development platform of voice recognition technology, and robot motion control process then introduced the SpeechSDK technology; Microsoft Corp; final design of voice interaction process to develop specific application of robot voice system in power system. The experimental results show that this method is easy to develop and effective, and is suitable for the development and research of other intelligent voice systems.
