摘要
集成低温省煤器系统是提高燃煤电站发电效率的主要手段之一。本文建立了某660MW机组发电集成低温省煤器系统变工况分析模型,对系统变工况节能潜力进行了定量分析。计算结果表明,在基准工况下系统的节能潜力为1.48g(/kW·h),节能潜力随着机组负荷率的下降而降低,随着环境温度的降低而增大。
It is an effective way to increase the efficiency of coal-fired power plant by the integration of low-temperature economizer. The models of a 660 MW power unit under variable working conditions were developed, based on which the energy saving potential of low-temperature economizer system were analyzed quantitatively. Results show that the energy saving potential under benchmark condition is 1. 48 g/kWh. The energy saving potential decreases with the decease of power load, and increases with decrease of ambient temperature.
