摘要 随着OPC通讯技术的广泛使用,针对乌山铜钼选矿厂配电室现在的状况,构建一套配电监控系统,利用OPC通讯技术将所有配电室的数据进行统一监控,该系统主要包括组态王监控软件、协议转换后台机、OPC接口机、MES系统,期望通过把电力测控技术与先进的计算机软件技术结合起来,以降低开发的费用和变电站综合自动化系统的成本。本文主要介绍了乌山铜钼选矿厂配电监控系统的实现。现有状况表明乌山铜钼选矿厂配电室很多,每天需要员工到生产现场进行巡点检,工作强度大、不能及时地了解到现场配电室的工作状态。该系统将所有配电室的数据传送到组态王软件中,实现了统一的远程实时监控,能够及时地反映现场每个配电室中配电柜的工作状态,系统运行后,不仅减轻了工人劳动强度,并且对配电柜的故障状态进行判断,当出现故障时及时发出报警,提升了配电系统的自动化水平。 With the wide use of OPC communication technology, In view of the Wushan Copper molybdenum concentrator Current situation, Construction a set Distribution monitoring system OPC communication technology Unified monitoring electricity distribution room Data, The system mainly includes Kingview Protocol conversion Background machine OPC interface MES system, It is expected that by combining the power measurement and control technology with the advanced computer software technology, Reduce the cost of developing the cost of the substation automation system.
