三相异步电动机节能调控的应用分析

摘要 长期以来,三相异步电动机在我国的应用非常广泛,但相应的,三相异步电动机的耗能也非常高,每年的耗电量基本达到我国总耗电量的一半左右。基于此,本文对三相异步电动机节能调控的应用进行了研究,先分析了当前三相异步电动机耗能过大问题的主要原因,然后提出了做好三相异步电动机的节能调控应采取的具体措施,希望能为三相异步电动机的节能调控提供一定的理论参考。 For a long time, three phase asynchronous motors have been widely applied in China, but the energy consumption of three-phase asynchronous motors is also very high. The power consumption per year can reach about half of the total electricity consumption in China. Based on this, the application of three-phase asynchronous motor energy-saving control is studied, the first analysis of the main reasons for the energy consumption of the three-phase asynchronous motor is too big, then puts forward some concrete measures to do energy-saving control of three-phase asynchronous motor should be taken, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the energy saving control of three different step motor.
