清新区2型糖尿病患者合理用药分析及依从性研究

Analysis and compliance study of rational use of drugs in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Qingxin District

目的:探究清新区2型糖尿病患者的合理用药情况及依从性。方法:选取广东省清远市清新区人民医院及各乡镇卫生院接诊的3000例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。按用药情况分为降糖药组、胰岛素组及胰岛素联合降糖药组,随机抽取各组50例进行研究。探讨分析三组个人健康状况、依从性及血糖水平。结果:三组病程、体质量指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(HbAlc)及空腹血糖(FPG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。降糖药组依从性高于胰岛素组和胰岛素联合降糖药组,胰岛素组最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胰岛素联合降糖药组FBG及餐后2h血糖(PBG)水平均低于降糖药组和胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用药合理性会对2型糖尿病患者依从性及血糖水平造成影响,故临床应规范用药,提高血糖控制效果。

Objective:To investigate the rational use of drugs and compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Qingxin District.Method:Selected 3000 people with type 2 diabetes mellitus in people's Hospital of Qingxin district and township hospitals in Qingyuan city of Guangdong Province as subjects.According to the medication,they were divided into hypoglycemic group,insulin group and insulin combined hypoglycemic group,and 50 patients in each group were randomly studied.The personal health status,compliance and blood sugar level of the three groups were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the duration of disease,body mass index(BMI),hemoglobin(HbAlc)and fasting plasma glucose(FPG)between the three groups(P>0.05).The compliance of the antidiabetic group was higher than that of the insulin group and the insulin combined antidiabetic group,and the lowest difference was found in the insulin group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG and postprandial 2H blood glucose(PBG)in the insulin combined hypoglycemic group were lower than those in the hypoglycemic group and insulin group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rationality of medication will affect the compliance and blood sugar level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,so the clinical use of drugs should be standardized to improve the effect of blood glucose control.
