微创经椎间孔椎体间融合术对腰椎滑脱症患者术后疼痛程度及ODI评分的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察微创经椎间孔椎体间融合术对腰椎滑脱症患者术后疼痛程度及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分的影响。方法:选取某院收治的腰椎滑脱症患者74例,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组各37例。对照组实施后路腰椎椎间融合术治疗,观察组实施微创经椎间孔椎体间融合术治疗,统计2组患者手术时间、术中失血量、术后引流量及并发症发生情况,并对比ODI评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分量表(VAS)评分变化。结果:观察组手术时间比对照组长,但术中出血量及术后引流量较少,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组患者术前ODI,VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),术后1个月、3个月,观察组ODI,VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);并发症发生率观察组(5. 41%)低于对照组(27. 03%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:微创经椎间孔椎体间融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症,可减少术中出血量及术后引流量,并改善术后疼痛程度,降低ODI评分及并发症发生率。
