摘要
毫米波相控阵面工作频段高、波长短,各组成部件的微小差异、机械加工误差、装配误差都会导致各单元通道的初始幅相产生很大差异。针对某型毫米波相控阵面,给出了一种工程实用的基于近场测试的阵面通道校正方法,对通道幅相测试环境搭建、通道测试流程进行了阐述,给出了通道幅相校正方法,对校正后的阵面进行了发射方向图和接收和差方向图测试。
Millimeter wave phased array has the characteristics of high work frequency and short wavelengh.Puny differences of components,machining error,assembly error will cause the tremendous differences of initial amplitude and phase among different channel units.Aiming at a certain millimeter wave phased array plane,this paper gives a channel amplitude and phase correction method for engineering practicality based on near-field measurement,expounds the design of channel amplitude and phase measurement environment and the channel test process,gives the channel amplitude and phase correction methods,and tests the transmitting pattern and receiving sumdifference pattern to the corrected array plane.
