基于物联网和大数据的全生命周期智慧管道实施构想 被引量:18

摘要 目前油气管道行业已实现基本的数字化和信息技术的应用,但由于传统发展模式及历史方面原因,管道企业仍然存在管理效率低、人工成本高、技术决策风险偏高等问题,随着"互联网+"信息技术革命及油气管道行业的迅速发展,智慧管道必将成为管道行业的未来发展方向。基于物联网、大数据等技术,以中亚天然气管道D线工程为例,在管线全生命周期内提出智慧管道的实施构想,即建立一套统一的数据标准,构建一个统一的数据平台,打造一个基于物联网的信息感知系统,加快部署一个智能物资供应链体系,逐步建立一个智能高效的管道系统,确保管道预测预警可控。智慧管道的建设是一项系统性工程,不可能一蹴而就,在智慧管道实施过程中,建议加强顶层设计,重点解决跨国数据互联问题,继续开展信息交换、协同调控、网络数据平台整合、数据挖掘、物联网应用等关键技术的研究工作。 Nowadays,oil and gas pipeline industry has realized basic digitization and the application of information technology. But because of traditional development patterns and historical reasons,there still have many unresolved issues such as low efficient management,high labor cost and high technical decision-making risks in pipeline companies. With the rapid development of the Internet Plus information technology revolution and the booming of pipeline industries,the intelligent pipeline is an inevitable trend in the future. Based on technologies such as Internet of Things and big data,taking the Line D project of Central Asia Gas Pipeline as an example, the implementation scheme of the intelligent pipeline in the whole life cycle is proposed,that is,to establish an uniform data standard,build an unified data platform,forge an information perception system based on Internet of Things,rapidly deploy an intelligent material supply chain system,gradually establish an intelligent and efficient pipeline system,and ensure the pipeline warning is predictive and controllable. Intelligent pipeline construction is a systematic project and it is impossible to do it all at once. During the implementation of intelligent pipeline,it is suggested to strengthen its top-level design,focus on the transnational data interconnection issues and continue to study key technologies such as information exchange,collaboration and coordination, integration of network data platform, data deep-mining and application of Internet of Things.
