摘要 电脱水器垮电场严重影响脱水质量。通过矿场取样实验室分析,研究了"五合一"电脱水器垮电原因、影响因素及其治理措施。确定了电脱水器垮电场的原因即油水过渡层厚度大、极板淤积杂质增加;分析了引起垮电场的因素,包括老化油回收,细菌的腐蚀产物FeS导电性强,作业油井投产初期产出液、原油中淤泥杂质集聚,采油、集输及处理过程中所加的各种药剂间配伍性差;提出了预防及治理电脱水器垮电场的措施,包括定期投加杀菌剂,电脱水器电流升高或出现混层时可通过升温并适当调节油水界面高度,加入FeS去除剂以快速解决混层或垮电问题;当上述方法均无效时,则采取排放过渡层、热蒸汽焖罐清洗或更换损坏部件解决垮电问题。进行"五合一"电脱水器垮电场原因分析及治理措施研究,可切实解决生产问题,确保系统平稳运行。 The electric field collapse of the electric dehydrator will seriously affect the quality of dehydration. Through field sampling and laboratory analysis,the cause of the five-in-one electric dehydrator collapse and its influencing factors and control measures are studied. The cause is determined that the thickness of the oil-water transition layer is large and the deposition of impurities in the plate increases.The factors causing the electric field collapse are analyzed,including the recovery of the aging oil and the corrosion of the bacterial product FeS which has good conductivity, the accumulation of sludge impurities in produced fluid of oil well in the initial stage of operation and in crude oil,and bad compatibility of the various chemical agents in the process of oil production, gathering and treatment.Measures to prevent and manage the electric dehydrator collapse are put forward,which include regular addition of fungicides,dealing with the increasing electric dehydrator current or a mixed layer by increasing temperature while adjusting the oil-water interface height appropriately,and solving the mixed layer or the electric dehydrator collapse quickly by the adding the FeS remover agents. When the above methods are all invalid, discharging transition layer or braising tank by hot stream clean or replacing damaged parts are taken to solve the problem of collapse. Cause analysis and control measure study on five-in-one electric dehydrator collapse can solve production problems effectively and ensure the stable operation of the system.
