摘要
延长油田注水系统一直以来凭经验进行操作,使得系统运行很难保持在最优状态,注水效率低、能耗高。因此,注水系统实时在线分析系统的研究对提高注水系统效率及实现注水站设备的优化运行具有重要意义。研制的注水站实时远程分析系统数据采集部分采用单片机作为压力、流量、电参数的采集电路,采集单元与上位机的数据传输利用Zigbee短程无线通信技术。上位机检测软件具有图形仿真、效率计算、工况诊断、优化设计等功能。该系统2017年在蒙一联、宝一站、赵一联、泉241等10座注水站安装运行,已为油田节省人工成本123.6万元,取得了良好的效果,达到了节能降耗的目的。
The water injection system of Yanchang oilfield has been always operated by experience,making it difficult to maintain the optimal state and have low water injection efficiency and high energy consumption. Therefore, the research of the real-time on-line analysis system of the water injection system is of significance in improving the efficiency of the water injection system and realizing the optimized operation of devices in water injection stations. The data acquisition part of the developed water injection station real-time remote analysis system adopts the single chip microcomputer as the acquisition circuit of pressure,flow,and electrical parameters,and the data transmission between the acquisition unit and the host computer utilizes Zigbee short-range wireless communication technology. The detection software in the host computer has functions such as graphic simulation,efficiency calculation,operating condition diagnosis and optimization design. The system has been installed and operated in 10 water injection stations such as Mengyilian,Baoyizhan,Zhaoyilian and Quan 241 in 2017. It has saved transmission labor cost by 1.236 million yuan for the oilfied, achieved a good result and realized the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
