The Cornerstone of China:A Historical Inspection on the National Sovereignty Theory of Socialist China

社会主义中国国家主权理论经历了救亡时期、发展时期与新时代三个时期的发展与变化。国家主权理论在中国的发展与实践过程表明:主权是民族国家维护自身独立与发展的最根本支柱,是构建和谐有序的国际关系的基石。从地位上看,中国国家主权理论也由最开始的学习与追赶,到发展与创新,再到如今具有着西方国家因自身资本主义的固有矛盾而无法超越的先进性与合理性。新时代的中国国家主权理论顺应国际社会的发展趋势,在继承了主权原则的坚定性、发展了主权理论的灵活性基础上,实现了对主权内涵的全新拓展。中国国家主权理论反映并代表着广大发展中国家的利益诉求与主张。今后中国也将不断发展、创新主权理论,为实现国家富强与民族振兴,从而为中国腾飞于世界奠定国之基石。

The national sovereignty theory of socialist China has mainly experienced the development and various changes of three stages,i.e.the stage of saving the nation from extinction,the developing stage and the new era.This paper starts with outlining the evolutionary line of Chinese sovereignty theory,explores and analyzes the inner driving factors,reveals its main distinctions and functions in different periods of history,and further demonstrates its rationality.Under the background of the new era,the national sovereignty theory of China is adapting to fit the international development tendency,representing the pursuit of interests and proposition of developing countries.China should defend its sovereignty status,develop its sovereignty contents and innovate the sovereignty theory as the cornerstone for China to prosper in the world.
