价值论视域中的“劳动幸福”

Labor Felicity from the Perspective of Value Theory

价值的实践性特质,使主观性与客观性相统一的人的幸福,必然立基于人类劳动(非异化劳动)之上。劳动是人的生存方式,劳动不仅使人的体力和智力得到发展,而且使人在劳动这一"对象化活动"中实现自己;价值的主体性特征深化了"劳动幸福"的内涵,劳动是否幸福与主体的社会认知度、主体能力、理想、信念、格局等状况息息相关;价值的关系性特征,表明价值只有在主、客体的现实关系中才存在,在外部环境的影响下,这一关系中的主体幸福感也会发生变化,并且主、客体现实关系的伦理性特征同样对"幸福感"具有重大影响。总之,在价值论视域中,"劳动幸福"是在人与世界、主体与客体的全面关系及其二者相互作用的动态发展中被思考与认定的。

On the basis of changing the substantive thinking mode,the paper elaborates“labor happiness”from the perspective of value theory.The practical nature of value ensures that the happiness of human beings,with the unity of subjectivity and objectivity,is based on human labor(non-alienated labor).Labor is the way of human existence,in which not only human physical strength and intelligence are developed,but also human self-realization is achieved in this“objectified activity”.The subjectivity of value deepens the connotation of“labor happiness”.Whether labor is happy or not is closely linked with the social cognition,subjective ability,ideal,conviction and situation of the subject.The relative characteristics of value indicate that value only exists in the real relationship between the subject and the object.Under the influence of external environment,the subjective well-being in this relationship will also change,and the ethics of this relationship is also influential to the“well-being”.In short,from the perspective of value theory,“labor happiness”is considered and recognized in the dynamic development of the overall relationship between man and the world,the subject and the object and their interaction.
