摘要
区块链技术因其数据分布式记录、可追溯、匿名化的特性,可以解决医疗卫生领域数据共享困难、医疗记录篡改、隐私泄露等问题,又可以在医疗卫生领域的生产实践中推动数据共享,提供可回溯的路径,并保障个人隐私及数据安全。梳理了区块链技术在国外医疗卫生领域的应用实例,为区块链技术在国内医疗卫生领域的应用和发展提供决策支持。
Blockchain technology can not only solve the problems of data sharing difficulties,medical records distortion and privacy divulgement,but also promote data sharing,provide traceable path,protect personal privacy and data security in medical and health field. Examples of its application in foreign medical and health field were summarized in order to provide decision-making support for the application and development of blockchain technology in domestic medical and health field.
