摘要
介绍了疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)发展的背景及在我国推广的现状,阐述了DRG在医疗保险支付、绩效评价和医院的具体应用,对我国未来发展DRGs的工作提出了建议。在我国新一轮卫生体制改革向纵深发展的今天,积极研究并开发DRGs将进一步推进我国卫生体制走向科学化、规范化和系统化。
The development background,popularization and application of diagnosis-related groups(DRGs)in medical insurance payment,performance assessment and hospitals were described with suggestions put forward for its future development in our country.Active research and development of DRGs will further promote the scientization,standardization and systematic-zation of health systems in our country.
