The Review of Copyright Legal System Construction in China in the Past 40 Years

改革开放40年来,我国政府及相关部门出台一系列版权法律法规文件,构建了版权法制体系,不仅为版权保护与管理提供了依据和保障,也体现着版权工作不同发展阶段的方向和重点。以《著作权法》制定与修改为主线,通过对1978-2018年间我国版权法律法规的梳理、统计和分析,对重要的文件进行述评,总结了不同阶段版权工作的特点与我国版权法制建设的经验。

Since 40 years of reform and opening-up,our government and relevant departments have issued a series of copyright laws and regulations,and have built the copyright legal system,which not only provides the basis and safeguard for copyright protection and management,but also reflects the directions and key points of copyright work in different stages of development. With the formulation and revision of Copyright Law as the main line,this paper reviews the important documents through combing,counting and analyzing them from 1978 to 2018,and summarizes the characteristics of copyright work in different stages and the experience of copyright legal system construction in China.
