摘要
师范生的教师职业能力高低直接影响着基础教育的质量。教师资格认证的能力导向、现有师范生教师职业素质的不足以及国家提出的"产教融合"思路是新建地方普通高等师范院校对师范生实施教师职业化培养的原因。本文从专业方向定位、课程架构、课程内容优化、课程评价等方面浅谈了实施教师职业化培养的改革措施。
The professional ability of normal students directly affects the quality of basic education. The ability guidance of teacher qualification certification, the deficiency of professional quality and the idea of "integration of production and teaching" put forward by the state are the reasons for the new local normal colleges and universities to carry out the professional training of normal students. This paper discusses the reform measures of the professionalization from the aspects of professional orientation, curriculum structure, curriculum content optimization, curriculum evaluation and so on.
