摘要
针对课堂消极现象的对策应该兼顾外在因素和内在因素,学生基本心理需要的满足是应对课堂消极现象的不可忽视的一个方向。教师应该从构建自主支持环境、制定合理规范并严格执行、营造良好的关系氛围三个方面着手,影响学生的关系需要、胜任需要和自主需要进而改善课堂消极现象。
Satisfying students’ basic psychological needs is a way to deal with the negative behavior in their classroom. To achieve this aim, teachers should exert influence over the students ’ relatedness, competence and autonomy by establishing a good relationship with students, formulating reasonable norms, and constructing autonomy support.
