乡村教师教学水平提升的现实困境与出路

摘要 乡村教师教学水平关系着乡村教育质量的高低。目前,我国乡村教师教学水平提升面临专业自主发展意识淡薄,教学水平提升路径不畅,乡村工作生活环境不利,政府相关政策制度支持不足等困境。这一状况是社会体制综合影响和教师个体自我意识综合作用的结果。为此,建议通过启发自觉,唤醒乡村教师自主专业发展意识;立足学校,搭建乡村教师教学水平提升平台;发展乡村经济,改善乡村教师工作生活环境;落实乡村教师政策,加大政府支撑力度等对策,助推乡村教师教学水平提升。 The teaching level of rural teachers is related to the quality of rural education. At present, the Chinese rural teachers’ improvement of teaching level is faced with some problems, such as poor awareness of professional self-development, the rough path of improving teaching level, the disadvantages of rural working and living environments and lack of support of administrative policy. These difficulties come from the comprehensive effect of social system and the comprehensive influence of teachers’ individual self-consciousness. For these reasons, we should take actions to inspire the rural teachers’ awareness of professional self-development, set up the improvement of teaching levels’ platforms which based on schools, develop rural economy, improve working and living environment for rural teachers. What’s more, policies must be implemented and government support must be increased, in order to boost the rural teachers’ improvement of teaching level.
