从美国高等教育发展看中国应用型本科大学的战略选择 被引量:5

摘要 美国的高等教育走在世界的前列,拥有许多独到的先进经验,如秉持权力分散的教育管理体制,倡导终身学习和学会思考,坚持以教师和学生为中心的教学理念,有着严格的教学过程管理、科学的学生事务管理,实施以教学为中心的教师管理制度,注重全方位的创新创业教育等。国内应用型本科大学应广泛吸引采纳美国先进的教育经验,深化体制改革,构建中国特色的大学制度,准确界定自身的办学定位,树立以学生为本的教学理念,建立高校管理广泛性的社会参与体制,同时创新人才培养模式,构建科学的应用型课程体系,推动我国应用型本科大学的发展。
