摘要
对于吸附式制冷系统来说,吸附剂的表观导热系数是一个非常重要的热物性参数。主要利用恒热流法,研究材料粒径与吸附量对硅胶及SAPO-34沸石分子筛表观导热系数的影响。结果表明,硅胶表观导热系数随粒径的增大而增大,SAPO-34沸石分子筛表观导热系数随粒径增大而减小,二者表观导热系数均随着吸附量的增加而增加。整体来说,硅胶表观导热系数大于SAPO-34沸石分子筛的表观导热系数。
For the adsorption refrigeration system, the apparent thermal conductivity of the adsorbent is a very important thermophysical parameter. In this paper, the effect of particle size and adsorption on the apparent thermal conductivity of silica gel and SAPO-34 zeolite molecular sieve was studied by constant heat flow method. The results show that the apparent thermal conductivity of silica gel increases with the increasing of particle size, however, the apparent thermal conductivity of SAPO-34 zeolite decreases with the increasing of particle size. The apparent thermal conductivity increases with the increasing of adsorption amount increase. In general, the apparent thermal conductivity of silica gel is larger than that of SAPO-34 zeolite molecular sieve.
