摘要
以宁夏固海扬水工程为背景进行信息化建设,通过调度中心综合信息化平台建设,对整个灌区进行统一调度。建立固海扬水灌溉调度管理系统,从灌溉自动化、土壤墒情、灌溉用水远程计量收费、灌区工情GIS信息系统实现自动化灌溉,结合智能闸门信息远程自动化监控系统,为灌区管理部门提供科学的决策依据,为实现高效农业提供技术保障。
The information construction was carried out in the background of the Ningxia Guhai Yangshui Project. Through the construction of the comprehensive information platform of the dispatch center, the entire irrigation district was uniformly dispatched. Establishing the Guhai Yangshui irrigation dispatching management system, from the irrigation automation, soil moisture, remote metering and charging of irrigation water, irrigation area GIS information system to achieve automatic irrigation, combined with intelligent gate information remote automatic monitoring system, to provide scientific decision-making basis for irrigation district management department to improve the efficiency of irrigation district management, promote the healthy development of irrigation district management, and provide technical support for efficient agriculture.
