Sm^(3+)离子激活的NaGd(MoO_4)_2荧光粉的制备与发光性能 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用高温固相法制备了Sm^(3+)离子激活的NaGd(MoO_4)_2荧光粉,对样品的相结构、微观形貌及荧光光谱等特性进行测试和表征。样品的相结构分析表明,样品具有良好四方相结构,无杂相生成。荧光光谱表明,Sm^(3+)离子激活的NaGd(MoO_4)_2粉体能被波长为405nm的光有效激发,表明制备的粉体能很好地与近紫外LED芯片匹配,在405nm近紫外光的照射下,主要的发射峰位于564、605、646nm处,其中位于646nm处的发射峰相对强度最大,归属于Sm^(3+)离子的4G5/2→6H9/2跃迁。 Sm^3+-doped NaGd (MoO4)2 phosphor powders was prepared by solid-state reaction method. The phase structure, morphology and optical properties of the material were was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence (PL). XRD revealed that a single phase of NaGd (MoO4)2 , with an tetragonal structure, was formed without any formation of other substance. The phosphors could be effectively excited by the light with wavelengh of 405nm, matching well with the light-emitting wavelength of a near-UV-emitting LED chip. The main emission peaks of 564,605,646nm were observed under the excitation of 405 nm, the strongest emission was located at 646 nm which originated from the transion 4G5/2→6H9/2 of Sm^3+.
