摘要
为了解青海省海东市大气沉降中的汞对土地质量的影响,在该区域共布设了3个大气沉降的采样点。采取了一年的大气沉降样品,将溶液和尘粒全部转移至500mL塑料容器中。将样品称取质量后放置在105℃烘箱中烘干,称取总重量,用手工磨样方式制备成100目待分析样品。样品经过微波消解,用原子荧光测试。为验证准确度,同时加入国家一级标准物质GBW07454(GSS-25),测试值为44.5ng/g,在其不确定度范围内,测试6次的相对标准偏差RSD为2.48%。汞的大气沉降总质量为5ng,日平均沉降量为0.008μg/m2·d。
In order to understand the effect of mercury in atmospheric sedimentation on land quality in Haidong city, Qinghai province, three sampling points of atmospheric sedimentation were set up. A year of atmospheric deposition was carried out, and all the solutions and dust particles were transferred to 500mL plastic containers. The samples were weighed and then dried in a 105 ℃ oven. The total weight was weighed and 100 samples were prepared by hand grinding. Samples were digested by microwave and detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. In order to verify the accuracy, the standard substance GBW07454 (GSS-25) was added to the soil national first class, and the test value was 44.5ng/g in the range of uncertainty; the relative standard deviation of 6 times was 2.48%. The total mass of mercury deposition is 5ng, and the average daily settlement is 0. 008μg/m^2 ·d.
