摘要 OLED在大尺寸超高清柔性显示领域有巨大的应用潜力。目前,OLED蓝光寿命远远低于其他颜色光寿命,已成为制约OLED发展的主要因素。基于此,本文梳理OLED提高蓝光寿命的重要专利技术,并总结出技术发展的路线。 OLED devices are promising for application in large-scale ultra-high-definition and flexible display. At present, the lifetime of blue light in OLED is much lower than that of other colors, which is a main limitation for developments of OLED.Based on this, this paper combed the important patented technologies of OLED to improve the lifetime of blue light, and summarized the route of technological development.
