摘要
金家庄煤矿为整合重组煤矿,经过多年的煤炭开采,井田内上组煤资源急剧减少。矿井初步设计采用放顶煤采煤工艺,全部垮落法管理顶板,留保护煤柱躲避河流、公路、铁路下压煤,搬迁村庄开采建下压煤。采用固体密实自动化充填采煤技术后可回收压煤,消除了冲击矿压和采空区瓦斯积聚等安全问题。同时,充填开采为沿空留巷创造良好的条件,取消区段间保护煤柱,将采区回收率提高至85%以上,真正实现安全高效开采。
Jinjiazhuang Mine,as an integrated mine,upper coal seam coal resource decreasing rapidly,top coal caving technology was adopted,all collapsing technology dealing with roof,with protective coal pillar avoiding coal under river,road,railway and village,solid compaction automatic filling and mining technology was adopted to eliminate impact pressure and goaf gas accumulation.Filling mining made advantages for gob side entry retaining,eliminating protective coal pillar,the mining recycling rate was improved more than 85%,realizing safe and efficient mining.
