基于回归分析的液压支架密封圈性能指标预测模型研究

摘要 液压支架密封性能在矿井安全生产中较为重要,封圈尺寸变形对液压支架的密封性能影响较大。针对这一情况,对液压支架蕾形密封圈进行了老化实验,得到了密封圈在不同温度状态下的唇口开口形状改变数据。利用一元回归分析建立了液压支架蕾形密封圈唇口开口尺寸变化与其性能指标之间的线性关系,得到了密封圈性能指标和密封圈变形的预测模型,可以有效进行液压支架唇口开口尺寸变化的计算预测。 Abstract The sealing performance of hydraulic support is very important in safe mine production.The sealing size deformation has a great influence on the sealing performance of hydraulic support.The aging experiment of hydraulic support ring was carried out,and the shape change data lip opening under different temperature conditions was obtained.The linear relationship between lip opening size change and its performance index was established by using one-dimensional regression analysis,and the performance index and prediction model of seal ring deformation were obtained,which could effectively calculate and predict the lip opening size change of hydraulic support.
