摘要
设计合成了一种新型的基于三联吡啶的有机小分子凝胶因子,并用于对测试离子的荧光测试。实验结果表明,该凝胶因子的水溶液可以通过"开-关"方式对Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)进行选择性识别,可以通过超声刺激或加热-冷却的方式在有机溶剂中形成稳定荧光凝胶;区别于溶液态,所形成的凝胶体系可以通过荧光光谱成功地选择性识别Zn^(2+),但Cd^(2+)的加入则不能形成凝胶态,这可能是由于凝胶因子的自组装与凝胶因子和Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)的主客体作用产生的竞争导致了不同的传感性质。该研究为选择性传感识别金属阳离子提供一种新的研究思路。
A novel small molecule gel factor based on tripyridine was designed and synthesized,and used for fluorescence testing of test ions.The experimental results show that the aqueous solution of the gel factor can selectively identify Zn^2+and Cd^2+by the"on-off"mode,and the stable fluorescent gel can formed in the organic solvent by ultrasonic stimulation or heating and cooling.Different from the solution state,the gel system can selectively identify Zn^2+by fluorescence spectrum,but the addition of Cd^2+can not form the gel state,because the competition between the self-assembly of the gel factor and the host-guest interaction of the gel factor and Zn^2+and Cd^2+,results in different sensing properties.This study provides a new idea for the selective sensing of metal cations.
