合成循环水水质异常的原因分析及应对措施

Analysis of reasons and countermeasures of abnormal quality of synthetic circulating water

针对河北冀衡集团有限公司氨合成、醇烷化装置循环水系统水质出现异常的情况,对循环水缓释阻垢剂的成分进行了分析,探讨了缓释阻垢机理。分析数据说明,换热器泄漏是水质恶化的主因,同时,找出了应对措施,取得了较好效果。

In view of the abnormal quality of circulating water system in the ammonia synthesis unit and alkylation unit of Hebei Jiheng Group Corporation Ltd.,the composition of slow-release and scale-inhibition for circulating water was analyzed,and the mechanism of slow-release and scale inhibition was discussed.The analysis data show that the leakage of heat exchanger is the main cause of water quality deterioration,at the same time,the countermeasures are found out and good results are achieved.
