摘要
全球经济发展的形式促使我国一些企业产业结构调整和升级,一些高能耗、低运转、技术含量低的企业纷纷倒闭,而企业的用人观念也渐渐由重学历转向重技能、重素质。传统的人才培养模式远远满足不了经济发展对人才的要求,人才需求的结构性矛盾越发突出。相对于重点高校,地方高校由于地域及生源等原因,就业困境受多种因素影响,提升地方高校毕业生的就业能力,使其成为专业技能型的高素质综合人才是地方高校要加强的工作。
The form of global economic development has prompted some enterprises in China to adjust and upgrade their industrial structure.Some enterprises with high energy consumption, low operation and low technology content have collapsed, and their employing concept has gradually changed from education to skill and quality. The traditional talent training mode can not meet the demand of economic development for talents, and the structural contradiction of talent demand is becoming more and more prominent. Compared with key colleges and universities,local colleges and universities are affected by many factors due to geographical and source reasons. It is necessary for local colleges and universities to enhance the employability of local college graduates and make them become high-quality comprehensive talents with professional skills.
