Analysis of the Teaching Method of Integration of Theory and Practice in Automatic Production Line

理实一体化教学在高职教育中占有重要地位。近几年来,高职教育的发展已经有了很好的成果,是技工教育持续发展的趋势。论文根据笔者8年的教学经验和思想,剖析了如何处理好《自动化生产线》高级维修电工理实一体化教学的具体方法并进行举例说明,提出了实物演示、教学融合、理论实践交替进行等多样化理实一体化教学方法,并系统地提出了完善《自动化生产线》理实一体化的教学方法。

The integrated teaching of science and practice plays an important role in higher vocational education. In recent years, the development of higher vocational education has achieved good results, which is the trend of continuous development of technical education.Based on the author’s 8 years of teaching experience and thoughts, this paper analyzes how to deal with the specific methods of high-level maintenance electrician integrated teaching of "automated production line" and gives examples, and puts forward a variety of teaching methods of integration of theory and practice, such as physical demonstration, teaching integration and theoretical practice alternation, and systematically puts forward a teaching method to improve integration of theory and practice in automatic production line.
