The PROTOS-M5 coiled unit has a strong production capacity of 12,000 cigarettes per minute. In order to achieve this goal, the SE(coiled molding machine) of the PROTOS-M5 coiled unit adopts the design concept of double flue passage for parallel delivery of cigarette joint,and through the spider hand device to transmit, eventually SE(roll molding machine) double length smoke section on the flue smooth transmission to MAX(connecting machine) received drum wheel. This paper analyzes in detail the technical principle that spider hand device can realize the function of cigarette strip grab and cigarette bar transfer.
