燃油供给系参数对非道路柴油机排放的影响 被引量:4

Experimental Study on the Influence of Fuel Supply System Parameters on Non-Road Diesel Engine Emission

摘要 以某型非道路电控单体泵柴油机作为试验样机,试验按照欧盟排放法规中的八工况法规定进行测试,研究了启喷压力、喷油泵、喷油提前角等对柴油机烟度、NO_x排放及燃油消耗率的影响。结果表明:喷油器启喷压力从24MPa提高到26MPa,试验柴油机经济性和排放性均有一定的改进;柱塞直径相同,凸轮升程从11mm提高到12mm时,碳烟排放有明显下降,而NO_x排放略有增加;凸轮升程相同,柱塞直径不同时,柱塞直径增加使碳烟排放明显下降,而NO_x的排放升高。在2300r/min转速不同负荷下,烟度值和燃油消耗率都是随着喷油提前角的增加而减小,而NO_x排放浓度则随着喷油提前角的增加而增大,每个工况下均存在较佳的喷油提前角使得试验非道路柴油机排放性能和经济性能较为折衷。 The influences of injector opening pressure,parameters of fuel pump and fuel injection timing on smoke,NOxand fuel consumption of a electronic control unit pump diesel engine for non-road mobile machinery were discussed. The test was carried out in accordance with the eight working conditions of EU emission regulations. It is found that when injector opening pressure is increased from 24 MPa to 26 MPa,the economy and emissions of the test diesel engine are all improved. When the plunger diameter is the same,the cam lift is increased from 11 mm to 12 mm,the smoke emission is obviously decreased,while the NO_xemission is increased slightly. When the cam lift is the same,the plunger diameter is increased,the smoke emission is significantly decreased,while the NO_xemission is increased. Under different loads at 2300r/min,with the increase of fuel injection timing,the smoke and fuel consumption are decreased while NOxemission is increased. It could be achieved tradeoff of emissions and economy for the test diesel engine for non-road mobile machinery with the reasonable fuel injection timing at each operating condition.
