磁阻电机在主动横向稳定杆中的仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对现有液压和直流电机式主动横向稳定杆存在响应慢、退磁的问题,提出了一种磁阻电机驱动的主动横向稳定杆来提高车辆的抗侧倾性能。通过车辆侧倾和轮荷转移力学模型,计算出主动横向稳定杆所需的反侧倾力矩来获得设计磁阻电机的转矩要求,并采用有限元法设计了相应电机。基于CarSim和MATLAB/Simulink进行联合仿真,结果表明磁阻电机驱动的主动稳定杆能输出车辆侧倾时所需的抗侧倾力矩,且降低了车辆侧倾角及其滞后环,有效提高了车辆的抗侧倾和动态响应性能。 In view of slow response and demagnetization of hydraulic and direct-current-motor active roll stabilizer at present,a kind of active roll stabilizer based on reluctance motor drive is proposed to improve the anti-rolling performance of vehicles.Through the model of vehicle rolling and wheel load change capacity,the inverse side force moment of the active roll stabilizer is calculated to obtain the target torque of the Switched Reluctance Moto r(SRM). Moreover,the finite element method is additionally adopted to design the corresponding motor. In order to verify the effectiveness of the designed motor,the co-simulation of the active roll stabilizer system is carried out based on CarSim and MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the active roll stabilizer driven by the SRM can output the anti-roll torque required by the vehicle roll,and it reduces the roll angle and hysteresis loop,which improve vehicle dynamic behavior and roll stability.
